We are looking for new research assistants to join our team.  

What do we do? 

• We work on real-world social impact projects where behavioral insights can improve the lives of vulnerable populations. You can read about a few ongoing projects HERE. 

• We collaborate with organizations (NGOs, for profit, and governmental bodies) to develop and test interventions aiming to change human behavior for good. 

• We use secondary datasets and advanced analytic techniques to explore factors that explain the heterogeneity in human behavior.  

• We work together with experts in social, medical, and computer science and with a great team of international experts from universities such as Harvard, University of Chicago, Northeastern University, Cambridge, Toulouse, etc.   

Who is the ideal candidate? 

• Interested in an academic career and eager to learn international-standard research. 

• Critical thinker, ambitious, and proactive. 

• Would be willing to develop  his or her skills in data analysis and in statistics . 

• Confident in English. 

What will be your task? 

• Assist in setting up and conducting experiments. 

• Translate research materials as needed. 

• Actively participate in lab meetings. 

• Contribute to research projects aligned with your skills and motivation.
